Coming from a traditional Filipino family hoping Justine might one day be a doctor, Justine found a love for wine visiting Napa and Paso Robles growing up. Studying with the WSET and later studying enology at Fresno State, Justine deepened her passion and experienced a wide range of aspects of the wine industry before finally launching her own label in 2022. She also wanted to champion a rather little discussed topic in the world of F&B: pairing Filipino food with fine wine. Justine is crafting her wines with intention to pair with the cuisine she grew up with, which makes this collaboration one not to miss.
