Alma Fria Flight Night

One of our absolute favorite winemakers, Carroll Kemp, joins us with his Alma Fria wines.  Carroll focuses on cool, ocean influenced vineyards and crafts beautiful aromatic, forest floor tinged wines that we are obsessed with. He’s also bringing only his second release of his blanc de blancs sparkling wine, which consists of a hefty portion of an ongoing solera style blend of his chardonnay going back more than 10 years. A true champion of the West Sonoma Coast, Carroll has been integral in mapping out the terroir of the neighborhoods of the coast, and his wines are a transparent showcase of the vineyards they come from.

Kabayan Flight Night x offline

Justine Osilla returns to Maison Healdsburg to pour her wonderfully unique Kabayan wines.  After several years of harvests, winemaking internships, lab work, and doing everything else you can in a winery, Justine launched her own wines intended to do something rarely ever considered: wines crafted to match traditional Filipino cuisine.  With little to no wine culture in her family’s home country, wine isn’t often on the table with the food she grew up with.  Setting out to change that, Justine crafts elegant but flavorful wines that match often sweet and sour notes in the dishes.  And of course they’re simply delicious and complex wines on their own.  These are some of the most unique wines being made in Sonoma.

François Villard and his stunningly beautiful Rhône wines.

François Villard joins us all the way from his home in the Condrieu area in the Northern Rhône Valley, France.  François is one of the Northern Rhône's most celebrated winemakers, crafting world class syrah and viognier from Côte Rôtie and Condrieu. A self taught vintner who rose from chef to icon, his wines are prized for their elegance, terroir expression, and age worthiness, earning him a devoted following among collectors and sommeliers worldwide. We humbly submit his Condrieu bottlings as perhaps the best expression of viognier on the planet, and his syrahs aren’t far behind, offering intoxicating aromas of violets and pepper.
