We’ve been fortunate to befriend many young, up and coming winemakers in Champagne, and we’re super excited to share their wines with a larger audience. It only makes sense to love both Champagne and sake. After all, both are extremely versatile with food and multiple prominent Champagne producers are now making waves in the sake world. We love educating new audiences on the spectacular beauty and diversity of the world of sake. Expect to receive two of our current favorites each month, with an insert decoding the confusing label language, and information about the brewery.
