Mark your calendars: every 2nd Wednesday of the month for the next six months, Maison Healdsburg is opening our doors on nights we’d normally be dark to welcome Chef Vince and his amazing sushi. Naturally, we’ll be pouring some of our favorite champagnes and sakes to pair.
Chef Vince launched his own project, Thirteenth Sun Kitchen, to expand on his passion for combining Japanese techniques with the best ingredients Sonoma has to offer. Chef has been quietly putting out some of the best sushi in Sonoma County for years, and he is now branching out and taking it on the road.
We have been lucky enough to have Chef prepare sushi in the bar a few times, and the flawless execution and insane quality of ingredient sourcing blew us away. We reached out to do something more regular so we would have an excuse to break out some great sparkling wines and sakes.
We will offer 7 seats at the bar, with two seatings per evening, as a full omakase experience for $120 per person. If you can’t make an omakase seating, we will offer a la carte sushi to the rest of the bar starting at 5pm.
The Menu
A six-course omakase built around handrolls.

The Pairings
