Brand new wine importer, Batista Wine Imports, is bringing new wines to the US from Chile, including their own lineup. We found the wines incredibly unique, with layers of pepper, spice, and understated fruit. Chef Carlos from Guiso agreed, and immediately volunteered to cook up some empanadas to match.
