Food pop-up: offline. Chefs Craig, Amanda, and Mel return for a hot minute.  While all three of them have a deep background cooking in top end restaurants, the trio were most recently working together at Farmhouse Inn, which was one of the best meals Sonoma County had to offer and went criminally under the radar in our humble opinion.  Now free agents, the chefs are exploring new horizons and will be experimenting with new themes every week, playing with concepts to our great benefit.  As huge fans, we are incredibly honored and excited that they will be bringing their world class talent to Maison.

From 5pm 'til 11:30pm, the menu focus will be on Inari (sushi).  Sounds like the perfect match for some daiginjo...
